PRIVACY POLICY Last updated April 28, 2026 This Privacy Notice for Callpilot ("we", "us", or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you: Visit our website at https://callpilot.live or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice Use Automatic call booking system Service Description CallPilot is an automated call-handling and booking system designed for service-based businesses. The system operates as a digital receptionist that manages inbound customer communication when staff are unavailable. When a customer calls a business using CallPilot and the call is not answered, the system automatically responds and prompts the caller to leave a message. The message is recorded and processed to identify the customer’s request, including the type of service needed and any relevant details provided during the call. Based on this information, CallPilot generates available appointment options and sends them to the customer via SMS. The customer can select a preferred time directly through the message interface. Once a selection is made, the system automatically schedules the appointment in the business’s calendar without requiring manual input. The service may also send follow-up messages related to booking confirmations, scheduling changes, or additional information required to complete the appointment. CallPilot processes call data, audio recordings, transcriptions, phone numbers, and booking-related information solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the service. Data handling is limited to what is necessary for call management, communication, and appointment scheduling.
